Projection Mapping with Processing
Introduction to Digital Media II
Instructors: Eric Brockmeyer and Madeline Gannon
Projection Mapping is a digital technology that transforms a physical 3D object into a surface for media projection. For this particular project, Processing was utilized to program the lighting performance on the computer. For the performance, a set up of the boxes (as modelled on the computer) and a projector hooked to the computer with all the Processing files were required. The programmed lighting piece was then projected on to the real life 3D surface.
